Minimum value of order:

In case of delivery excl. packing, freight and tax
EU without VAT Reg.-No. = 100,- Euro
EU with VAT Reg.-No. and Export  = 200,- Euro

Extra charge for small quantities:
Below minimum value of order = + 20,- Euro

Packing + freight:

Against invoicing of real charge

Dispatch:

By arrangement, parcel service or forwarder

Collection at factory:

November - April
Mo. - Th. 8.00 - 12.00 am / 1.00 - 4.00 pm - warehouse/stock up to 4.00 pm
Friday     8.00 - 12.00 am / 1.00 - 4.00 pm - warehouse/stock up to 3.00 pm

May - October
Mo. - Th. 8.00 - 12.00 am / 1.00 - 4.00 pm - warehouse/stock up to 3.30 pm
Friday     8.00 - 12.00 am / 1.00 - 4.00 pm - warehouse/stock up to 3.00 pm

Delivery:

Please send a detailed order with enough precarriage

Returns:

We regret, but this is not possible

Terms of payment:   

1. Cash by self-collection
2. Net cash on delivery
3. Net in advance within 8 days of invoice and prior to dispatch of goods
4. By agreement
