Sotiflex – Flexible + Solid

The Sotiflex strip deck panel is made from original teak deck strips measuring 5 x 35 mm, with rubber joints. The joint spacing is 35:4:35 mm, etc. Our standard version does not include a core panel.
You can also receive the Sotiflex strip deck panel with a core panel upon request:
1. Hydro-Mahogany marine plywood in 3 mm or 1.8 mm thickness.
2. GRP (fiberglass) panel, 1.0 mm thickness.
3. The Sotiflex strip deck panel can also be produced on a core panel with a 30 cm finger-jointed closure, with an additional charge for durable elastic bonding.

Weight:

The Sotiflex panel weighs approximately 4 kg / m².

Application Area:

The Sotiflex strip deck panel can be used as a deck covering, for flooring, on cockpit lockers or as a seat cushion covering. It is the ideal boat deck covering for mounting or bonding on GRP or marine plywood, steel, and aluminum. On steel and aluminium, the deck covering should only be applied with a core panel. This also applies to residential areas on screed floors.
The first mentioned dimension refers to the length or direction of the veneer.
Attention: Edge protection is absolutely required!
